Leadership
The youth leadership of the Explorer Program are those that have demonstrated strong
leadership skills and have taken part in a promotional process.
The chain of command is the clear
line of authority from the Explorer Major - Program Commander to every member
that facilitates effective decision-making and organizational communication.
Members utilize, recognize, and respect the chain of command in all
official actions as designated in the order of rank.
